Service Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with thirty (30) days' written notice to RoaDo. No refunds shall be issued for fees already paid during the current subscription period. Enterprise customers should refer to their specific Master Service Agreement (MSA) for cancellation terms, early termination fees, and data retention obligations.
